This sub-project will support starting sub-projects to ensure the trans-national co-operation between the partners as well as the effective progress. The interregional consortium of the sub-project participants grouping around three responsible facilitators will discuss joint or regional development concepts by the integration of the actors themselves. This will result in a very special quality of support for the actors as well as the region as well as the evaluation of the potential of sub-projects for the furture.
