Sub-Projects Showcase

The sub-project showcase delivers insight into running, approved as well as proposed InterMareC sub-projects.

The first application round from 24-09 to 03-12-2004 results in 55 Letters of Intent (LOI), whereas finally 3 sub-projects were approved to start at the beginning of the year 2005. Within the second appication round 15 additional LOI have been submitted on 28th of February 2005, whereas 11 sub-projects have been approved on the second Steering Committee meeting in Brussels on 12th of July 2005.

The sub-project ideas are multifaceted and covers the wide range of topics from a network around underwater acoustics to research/education cooperation in boat building, cruise & destination management to topics of offshore renewable energies.
All project ideas of the first application round, which were not approved, have taken part automatically in the second application round. All interest peoples, enterprises, institutions or authorities are invited to make a request to participate in these potential sub-projects.
